Those are NOT fake boobs---in fact, I am quite impressed with the size and shape and durability--I wouldn't mind having that set myself---a LOT of boob envy over here.

I knew a transgendered male to female and he took Premarin, a female hormone to get boobs. He was in the beginning stages, but, they looked similar to the deceased, more natural looking than implants. I guess there was trauma to the genitalia, which, with the female hormones, doesn't function after some time. There appears to be redness on our left and her right where the pathologist is stretching the skin for whatever reason. She had a pretty face.
