It does matter if it is sexual or not. Should I be offended when I have to give my nephew a bath or change his nappy? Im more offended that a young girl who had her whole life ahead of her was killed by a dirty nonse to be honest

FFS, I understood (kind of) when the edict was made not to show the genitals of dead children (like the ones where they had been raped, showing the damage) but you're talking about a couple of tits on a corpse. Actually, no. It most certainly is NOT illegal. Not in the United States anyway. The image is not pornographic, not sexual, and not intended to arouse prurient interest. It also does not focus on the genitals of a child. THOSE are the requirements for it to be illegal in the US. Not your fucking vivid imagination. That said, you are correct that it is against the site rules, which is why it has been edited. Whatever anyone's opinion may be of those rules, they exist for a reason. I'm not arguing with them or questioning them. But do a little fucking research next time before you pretend to know anything about the law. If autopsy photos were 'illegal' then every fucking coroner, deputy ME, and DSI/MSI in the country would be in prison. |
