23rd July 2017, Phnom Penh, Cambodia - A 15 year old boy named Hien Meng Chheang, had a run in with a truck. As is to be expected, the young man came off worse, with a huge fracture to his cranium. Remember kids - wear a helmet and keep your brains inside your head!

Picture1 is interesting. The skull crushed leaving some of it intact to form that half moon shape.
Brains on the tire add an extra touch.

Is it weird that I cringed over the road rash on the hand and forearm, with no thought of the crushed skull? Road rash gets to me every time.
