Ligature indentation is very clear in both of the last two images. Right up under her jaw. You just have to know what to look for. Or look harder, whichever. :)

It's interesting to me the amount of people fighting for their lives daily (wars, disease etc) yet healthy individuals with a full life ahead can't see beyond the moment.
