Seems like there is an awful lot of responses to this saying "IF he is guilty then he got what he deserved." IF IF IF...... One of my coworkers was threatened by his ex-wife.... she was going to say he molested his daughter if he didn't give her more Alimony. He couldn't afford to, she ended up coercing the child to say her dad molested her when she was 6 years old (she was 11 at the time of the accusation). It made the front page of the paper here. He lost his job because the owner didn't want the negative publicity. 2 years later the trial is still going on. He has lost his house, he can't find any work but washing dishes. He has become a raging alcoholic. He is suicidal and has tried several times to kill himself. He shakes like a Parkinson's patient constantly, and cries off and on all day. I tried for a year to stick close by him, to be his sounding board..it was just so taxing, draining, and depressing.. One night he called me at 3 am telling me he was going to kill himself...this would have been like the 20th time. I told him I could no longer do this with him, that I would call the police to come do a wellness check, and that I hope everything turns out ok. He did not kill himself. The trial is still going on. He has lost his mind. I think about him whenever I see these posts. What if they aren't guilty? How awful would that be? |

maybe we should appeal to the board of criminals and complain that some of their numbers do not go by the SOP. that's putting down quality control status.  |
