I dont think that the last pic is related!! Maybe i am mistaking but i doubt it!, look at his right eye in first pic it has fly eggs, and is not bloated, in the last pic same eye bloated and out of socket!!
correct me if you see different!

Yes I see that now that you've mentioned it, good observation..... although maybe the tooth pic was taken before the others and the stuff in the eye was put in after??
