Re: Suicide with a Hunting Rifle
I think he's right on this one. I don't know about corneal transplants, but most other transplants (liver, heart, lungs, etc.) are denied to the mentally ill. The medical & insuance comapnies feel that giving the MI a lifesaving transplant is a waste of precious resources. But they don't hesitate to harvest organs FROM us, though. I know this because I am a member of the Lunatic Fringe. |

Re: Suicide with a Hunting Rifle
There have been several face transplants on people who have attempted suicide: Katie Stubblefield, Richard Norris, Cameron Underwood, Isabelle Dinoire, Andy Sandness and probably more I don't know of. Considering how rare face transplants are, requiring a face transplant as a result of attempted suicide doesn't seem to be a totally disqualifying factor.

Re: Suicide with a Hunting Rifle
ACTUALLY Iwas mad when i first read this, However I started to think, its his opinion, so what, but why is is it alright to talk about us gun folk, and hunters.? People in this day and age everybody thinks they are in charge at work, (narcs everywhere), they think their opinion is the right one and everyone should think like them.My belief is we should stay in our own lane, people are free here,do not forget that. if it does not directly involve you or someone you protect, you see nothing. |
