Majority and minority does not work by deducting the turnout rate from the total population. Just because 65 million ppl voted for Clinton doesn't make the remaining 262m pro-Trump. As for Hong Kong, it is in fact not a city but you might be unaware of that since its status "special administrative region" has no parallels in other parts of the world. But if you've lived in Hong Kong you'd know that most of the Hong Kongers (in fact, 70% according to poll), do not identify as Chinese.

Well, we actually only have Chinese yuan, HK dollar and Japanese yen here. So I guess you were saying "good yuan"?

but that number is small enough to make Trump the US President
