The victims were two Palestinian children aged 10 and 12. The 10-year-old child suffered a broken leg. The settler is at large, and is not even wanted for his crime.

It's not a crime to try to get away when your life is threatened. Last I heard it is a crime to pummel a vehicle with rocks. More so when the vehicle is occupied and moving. Also it's just stupid and hateful. Getting pummeled with rocks will kill you.
