From the Philippines. She fell into an open canal and her body was discovered along a riverbank. This stuff happens during flooding caused by heavy rains. Some dipshit from the Public Works department forgot to seal the lid on a certain canal. The rain and flood conceal the open canal, and some poor soul who goes wading into the water falls in, dies, and gets deposited to God knows where.   ·  ·  · |
