This happened in my city, Curitiba - Brazil It was a drug dealer making some addicted kids a example of what you get if you dont pay your debts...in this case was a 12 caliber shotgun shot. |

The true term for that is called exopthalmos. It caused by an increase of intra-occular pressure making the eyeballs protrude. In this case, he probably strangled himself and that pressure made him look so pretty. :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exophthalmos I thought that this was a great Snail or Slug impression myself  |
