Anythings possible but I dont see how a bullet would make both the eyes pop out..i would guess his head was put in a vice and the squeezing caused the ripped flesh and the pressure caused the poppage

I'd say gunshot, because it wasn't just the impact of his head that damaged the metal bar next to it like that.

well going by the huge hole in his head, i think we can assume he blew his brains out, the gases from the exploding bullets and force of the trauma obviously popped his eyeballs id say

after recieving a strong shot of led to the dome, the pressure that was expelled from shooting kinda filled his head like a flesh balloon. Instant eyesore!  |
