Well it's been the policy of the ANC to kill farmers, steal their land, give the land to black "farmers", and then black "farmers" run said farm into the proverbial dirt.

The black farmers end up selling the farm equipment and spoiling the earth which inevitably leads to more hunger.

Also the SA government is now considering limiting charity to only "pure blacks"(If they can't afford food how are they going to afford genetic testing LOL) That was a jibe though as the Gov. obviously doesn't care about determining which recipient is actually a pure sub saharan african. Their motivation is keeping the charity out of the hands of the Arabs and remaining white population.
