Re: Someone is Skilled!

hardley. If you open his mouth you will be able to see the golttic opening just by tilting his head back, and when you do, if you look at the roof of his mouth you will see the soft palate wich provides support to the anteria nasal spine. You would most likley aalso see varius bits of brain tissue from the base of the forebrain including the lamina terminalis and the hypophysis. (pituitrary gland).
The job of a morge cosmetic surgon is not to fix internal damage but to make the body presentable for funeral, burial, family viewing and police identification. (and in some cases other authoritys) The sugery perforemd here was literaly skin deep, a cosmetic surgon would not have the skill to repair that kind of damage, anyway there was clearly cerebral tissue involved.
The surgon would have placed his face back on assessed what needed to moved around to get a propper fit, (bones) and done so. Next he would have internaly and externaly reatched his face with surgical suter. (eaven half a face is quite heavy under dead weight, aboat the same weight as a hammer) scar tissue, brusing, discoloration would be coverd with a special kind of foundation type organicaly synthersiced makeup desigend to simulate skin once dry, (not available in shops or without liscense i tried once) it is applied after facial cuts and woulds are stiched up. (it has only been partialy applied in the after picture they have not done the main facial siuter near the neck?) if anyone knows why im all ears.
