I first thought that maybe something crashed through the windshield to cause that head trauma...but then when I looked at the body, there's no way that would have been the cause.

the guy got hit trying to run across the highway.. its not the driver or passenger ( if there was one) of the car. there is damage on the front passenger side of the car . .not a lot but its there .. probably got clipped and flew into the windshield and maybe hit the top of the windshield frame with his head cracking his head open leaving his brains in the car and then bounced off into the street...
