A body in an advanced state of decomposition was found in Volta Redonda, Rio de Janeiro state, Brazil, on the afternoon of Wednesday (29).

According to the Military Police, workers were cutting the grass when they found the body in the middle of the vegetation. Due to the state in which the body was found, it was not possible to identify the victim, although it is preliminarily thought to be a man of below-average height.
