I've seen this picture before, but it was said to be from a motorcycle accident. Shotgun would seem to make more sense, judging by the severity of the damage. But the big question, did the guy ever make it? Were they able to put him back together well enough for anything to be functional?

I have often wondered the same thing. Are there any after photos to show what they were able to put back together. The damge is horrific but, at least he has his eyesite.

I never found any after pics or story but medical science is pretty advanced now so im sure they were able to do something for him.
