sorry to buddybut:some shells have alot of idibity pellets in them ,other shells have 8 to 16 bigger pellets,and then of course you have the shells witch have only one big chunk of lead ,i`d say this was a ten (no spread at close enough range)shell.....buddy.oh yeah there is also the smaller caliber. shotgun...look at the knee closly...

I've had 3 friends shot by a shotgun, both by pellets and slugs.....niether one of their wounds looked like this pic. Don't make assumptions, google some shotgun wound pics and see for yourself.

Depending on how the bullet is made. Some bullets will enter with a small hole and exit with a large, usually when the round "mushrooms" and body mass is displaced. Sometimes a hollow point hits with an opened jacket.... imagine a punch with a closed fist(solid bullet).....one area is concentrated and the bruising stays in the contact area. Now imagine a large pimp slap(hollowpoint bullet).....a larger area is affected, skin welt, imprint of the hand, and bruising around the imprint. You see, damage is spread over a larger area. Get the idea? |
