Wait, so a speeding cop hit and killed a man and seriously injured a woman, and the woman got arrested for having drug on her? What sort of bullshit is it? What happened to the cop? I hope the piece of shit got arrested as well. |

Car companies spend millions developing cars with softer materials and shapes designed to invrease survivability when a pedestrian is hit.....and the American police put a bloody great steel girder on the front of their cars negating all the ncap work!
