Jeez, what happened to her arm? Is that just gun shot damage?
Probably the bullet broke a bone, while moving the body, hand took a weird form.

Standard procedure in transporting corpses

They either tuck hands in, stretch then tie long sleeves together, bind wrists, etc, to stop arms flopping around and getting caught on things.

When I released bodies to the undertakers, I used wrap whole body in a sheet so everything was contained, even oozing. Undertaker had a washable stretcher and waterproof cover.
