I found and uploaded some larger images. Her fingers are intact in them, so it must have just been shadow making them look amputated.

Upon further review & inspection: The hood of the truck shows 3 large holes, prob made by shotgun shell with 4 good sized shot, 00 sized. I'll guess that was the first shot.

When the poor wench realized what was happening, she pivoted in her seat away, to her right. The next shot prob struck her in the back of the left arm, back & back of her head.
