Severed Head Found in a Plastic Bag.
A severed head was found in a plastic bag on Saturday morning Dec 6,2014. People passing through the vicinity opened the contents of the package, found that it was a human head, and called the police. According to the information, it is the head of a young man. The research does not know when and where the murder occurred. Several people have tried to make the recognition of the victim, but still without success.
