I think the first guy was a victim of a nuclear reactor accident in japan and was closest at the time. I am sure i have seen an article about it somewhere before and the person lived for quite a long time. |

It's called "escharotomy".The skin turns to leather and tightens,cutting of breathing and or circulation.If you like to read I recommend "Killer Show" which is about the Station night club fire .You will learn more about fire than Yuri oh really ever wanted to know.
