Tongbai County, the victim was found in a canal with evidence of sexual assault. The rapist had used a condom but the victim had ripped off her rapist's button from his jacket. knowing she was probably going to die she swallowed the button. The police was able to trace the button back to the school that she attended and zero in on the teacher who had the jacket with the missing button. During the investigation 11 other female students accused the teach of forcing them to have have sex with threats of academic reprisal. Nanyang Intermediate People's Court publicly sentenced the rapist/murderer to death April 21.
