She looks ill. I mean, aside from being dead. Cancer, maybe? Her hair isn't quite right, the skin is a bit off and she seems too wasted or, emaciated, is that the word in English? Like she's not doing too good, but has been trying to take care of herself in a way we don't often see in people who OD after being hooked for long enough to lose their health like that. Like something has been eating her. Which is roughly what cancers tend to do. Curious. |

She doesn't seems sick... And no needle marks, so she wasn't a junkie... Maybe pills overdose suicide? But strange, it seems she didn't died very peacefully, her eyes are open and her mouth too like if she screamed before to die. |

I didn't say she died of cancer. People who aren't in the hospital do die of cancer in normal street clothes with some regularity, but I do get what you're saying. It doesn't seem likely to be the cause of death here. It seems plausible as a cause of the state of her body, though. |
