I recall an article about a man who killed a woman in the United States by pulling her reproductive organs / intestines out through her vagina. Heavily disturbing.

The above photos reminded me of this. We can only hope she was already dead.

Her organs WERE pulled out- look at all the blood in her abdominal cavity. That's not 'purge'.
