7 hospital staffs were stabbed to death by a psycho, this one is a young female technician.

I think the cause of death is massive blood loss from the severed neck.

Although she was stabbed to the heart, the lack of blood in her chest cavity seems to suggest that it was done post-mortem.

Anyone have different opinions?

I've been looking for that complete set (the seven girls) I remember one with a massive heart stab that almost torned it in two pieces.

Do you know where can I find it, or where can I buy it?
I had that one, but lost all my files stored in a hard drive.
