A family member of mine died in a same way. He had a big argument with his wife(my auntie) and he left, indulging himself in a new job. 10 days left he passed away. After work and before bed-time, his workmates saw him vomiting blood. He passed away quickly, no last words left.

Probably died studying 12hrs a day to prepare the the gaokao, Chinese high school exam. It's brutal af, many Chinese ppl went overseas because they don't wanna take this exam |
