Seven severed heads (I count six) were found on top of a car next to narco messages in the centre of Chilpancingo, Guerrero state. Five were on the car's hood and two more were on the car's roof. A total of four messages were left at the scene, two inside the vehicle and two on the hood. The messages addressed an alleged local criminal leader, and two politicians, including Chilpancingo's mayor. Their bodies and severed limbs were left dumped on the street behind the vehicle.

Behind the five severed heads on the hood were two messages. One of the messages, written on green paper, read:

Greetings, Mayor Norma Otillia, I continue waiting for the second breakfast that you promised me after you came to look for me with such sweetness. Your friend :)

While the message on orange paper, which was partially obscured by one of the heads, read:

A.M., keep on threatening the people with the commercial licenses son of a bitch [illegible] take the taxes to the [illegible]

Four of the killed appeared last week in a narco interrogation video on June 15th. They were reported as missing in Chilpancingo on June 9th. In that video, the captured told the interrogator about their involvement in a local criminal enterprise, and detailed participation in local murders.

The second one says,
"Andrey Malmolejo syndicate keeps threatening the people with commercial licenses, Sons of bitches.
...take the quotas to the..."

I couldn't read some words at the end of the second one because the head was in the way.
