She may not have gotten her selfie, but she sure had a few pictures taken. :D

She was screaming the whole way down but silenced on final impact...
This is a common side effect when falling off a cliff.

It's the 'stupid generation'. I think that 80s kids were the last 'normal' people!
I came of age in the 80s and I can tell you that we weren't much smarter than folks are today - we just didn't have social media around to document our stupidity.

What I find so eerie, is that these victims of accidental death awoke that morning, perhaps raring to go and have a great day, never knew that in hours they would DIE! And then Judgement...

We all get one day at a time and never know when the last one will dawn.

It does get a bit creepy. Often when I'm watching videos on here, it feels weird knowing that the person we're watching is just about to die + most of the time they don't even know it.

Re: Selfie Misstep Swan Dive

Dont you think its time for a DR member to install a video camera towards that bluff (distant and close up) and get a video footage of people falling off for our server?
Good lord; THREE?!! Setting up a camera waiting for the fourth isn't a half bad idea. Then we will for sure know it was a Swan DIVE and not a TUMBLE or what appears to be a belly flop. Either that alive picture was a long time ago, she gained 100 lbs during the fall, or death images really make you look fat.

We barely had computers, and definitely had no internet. Al Gore hadn't figured that out yet. But yea, 'stupid' was all around.
