Seems The Body Was Picked Apart by Animals I Think
Really hard to say, but from the look of this body, it seems that animals may have eaten parts of it after death. It looks as if the body was recovered on the beach, so it's likely fish could have done this.

Yea, the marks on the body seem to look like fish nibbling at her, so it's possible.
