I'd say perhaps IED or burning/mutilation. I'm leaning that way because typically animals and bugs go for the soft tissues like eyes, nose, cheeks, nose, etc., etc. first. The way the skin is more split looks like it's been burned and the trauma to the limbs, like the lower right leg and upper left skull, suggest something with force to me.

I'd say she drowned and washed up on the beach. Notice the wet sand next to her legs. She's obviously bloated and has skinslip going on. She may have been munched on by marine life. If you look closely you can see little leaves, and underwater plantlife around her body in the sand.
