I'm not one to nitpick, but if it was a massacre at the Santa Ana jail wouldn't it have been more appropriate to chop off legs instead of decapitating people?

chopping off legs is probably more difficult, as you'd have to cut through the femur with prison shanks. idk how well that would work, seems like wasted effort to me
