I used to be on one full bottle of oxycodone a day for severe chronic pain, is that used as a substitute too?

I since was fitted with a spinal cord stimulator (like an internal tens machine for chronic acute neuralgia) and weaned off and onto tramadol and pregabalin.

Yeah, i've used it myself. I'm talking like 300mg would be very similar to heroin. In my experience anyway. Well done getting off it

I hate heroin. I'm from Baltimore and have lost some of my closest friends to the shit. It's sad cuz it's everywhere here. A friend posted a pic on FB the other day, a highschool party pic with 12 of us in it from 2001 and 7 of 12 are dead. 6 died from overdose and 1 of sleep apnea (which might've been exacerbated by heroin use). They're even talking about giving out Narcan to high schools to prevent more OD deaths.

Our kids are easily distracted by others that offer something more and what seems to be better. It's not fair to criticize a young person in this day and age when there is so much pressure and influence in so many aspects of their lives. Instead we should try to do more to protect, but not fence off our kids from the issues that they have to deal with today that we 40 plus people didn't have to deal with. Sorry that was long. I do like banging white trash though! :P
