Russian man dies from possible OD
Siem Reap, Cambodia, 20th February 2016 - A 21 Russian man died in hospital. He had previously taken a bus journey between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, and apparently felt unwell. Police intervened and took him for treatment, however doctors said there was nothing that could be done, and he subsequently died. The cause of death was recorded as drug overdose, from the presence of scarring to his forearm; which may or may not have indicated drug use. |

Re: Russian man dies from possible OD
The old scars prove he was either a cutter or had tried to kill himself in the past.......don't know why they're making assumptions about drug use from them. Weird case. |

Re: Russian man dies from possible OD
And what kind of hospital looks at a possible OD and say "there's nothing we can do" while the guy is still alive??!! Unless this is a policy to weed out heroin addicts...
