~ Now that I look closer at both images, I can see the guy's head & body on top of the front tire.
~ If he placed the snow plow/dozer scoop in that position, and tried to go under to check something, he could have rubbed up against the front tire which pulled him over it, crushing his neck against the snow plow scoop support, thus causing this accident.
