I think what he meant was: Hitting that asshole after he had already shot one or two people, trying to knock him out of commission and stop him from killing anyone else, and then he got shot as well. To bad he wasn't carrying a pistol. He could have put Rittenhouse down, like the mad dog he is. |

Are you fucking kidding! the carefully placed sharp edge a a skate board in the head can kill you. I know of a kid that got hit in the face with a skate board and was put in the hospital in a coma for three weeks. He lived, but is still having plastic surgery done 2 yrs later. Under law, a skate board, rock, golf club, baseball bat, chain, stick etc. are all considered deadly weapons when used in an attack on a person.

Rittenhouse had already shot someone when this dude hit him with the skateboard. Rittenhouse is a massive pussy, & so is anyone defending him. Self-defense claim is utter nonsense. I wouldn't *entirely* put out the endangering safety charge, but I haven't personally familiarized myself with the statute on that - let alone any relevant case law surrounding it. Basically though, I think it's *possible* to argue that he endangered McGinnis when he shot Rosenbaum.

Can't tell if you're trolling, or legitimately that far on the spectrum? Are you mad that he shot the first guy - who the prosecution's own witnesses acknowledged was a hostile, aggressive individual who charged and attempted to assault Rittenhouse? Or are you mad that he shot the second guy - who is on camera trying to beat him with a skateboard for shooting the first guy - who the prosecution's own witnesses acknowledged was a hostile, aggressive individual who charged and attempted to assault Rittenhouse? Or are you mad that he shot the third guy - who admitted himself that he was only shot after pointing his gun at Rittenhouse after Rittenhouse shot the second guy - who is on camera trying to beat him with a skateboard for shooting the first guy - who the prosecution's own witnesses acknowledged was a hostile, aggressive individual who charged and attempted to assault Rittenhouse? I don't mind discussing whichever with you, I only want to have a more accurate understanding of just what level of fucking retarded you're on before I indulge myself. |
