I can check the web.archive to see if there was anything about him. All that I remember from that is the FOX Stopping the Stalkers segment that was trying to edit the videos and make him seem all "spooky" by adding creepy music and Inverted Colors. You probably know the one. It's the first Ricardo Lopez video that's still on YouTube since Jan. 2007.
