In Assú, Rio Grande do Norte, the body of 48-year-old Francisco C.M. was found in a wooded area in a state of decomposition.

According to the family, Francisco was an alcoholic, suffered from epileptic seizures and used to wander around the centre of Assú with some colleagues, who also used to drink alcohol. The cause of death remains undetermined.





In Timon, Maranhão, 23-year-old motorcyclist Gustavo G.'s head was crushed by a truck. According to witnesses, the victim was returning from work for lunch when the truck driver tried to overtake the motorcyclist, causing the accident.

The truck driver attempted to flee, but was restrained and arrested by police.
