A 30 year old man was found dead in a monastery on May 18th, Cambodia. It was ruled he died from alcohol poisoning. I'm not so sure, does alcohol poisoning cause bleeding from the nose?
It can from esophageal varices. The blood vessels in the throat become engorged from being unable to pass through the cirrhotic liver. The blood vessels burst and they bleed to death from their mouth. One of many ways a failing liver can kill you.

Yes, that was the case where a mother, father, and their kids (teens) were murdered, slashed and dumped in a river.

It took place in Brazil in 2015 and was over a land dispute.
