Awful images but thought I may as well share them. Happened 10th January in Indonesia. A girl aged 18 on her scooter crossing a railway line was struck by a train and killed. The warning lights that indicate a train is coming were faulty and being in the "off" position, seemed safe to cross. She was struck by a train and dragged approx 100 metres. Her head looks to be in a plastic bag    |

A trade unionist, in her 30s, was found murdered with signs of being raped, strangled and stabbed. She was fighting for equality for women, which is thought to be the reason for her murder.  |
