The first image is altered to make him look more alive. Like pink lips, freckles, and "live"looking eyes. The real specimen has artificial eyes.

I'd pay top dollar to see someone chugging that liquid  These preserved heads always look nice, like they were in a beauty saloon treated with various cosmetic products: hair usually looks fresh (even facial), his eyes are intact. His shape of skull looks similar to a baby with Downs  The skin is well "moisturised" |
