Holy crap! Ever been in the hospital or sick and your laying down for a long time and you get the jimmy legs? You know... you cant stop the urge to move around. Try 50 years of that. I woulda bit through the power cord.
Like the girl in that Clint Eastwood movie, Billion Dollar Baby, after a few months of incurable total paralysis, laid in a hospital bed, she chewed through her tongue so she could drown on the blood and try to die.

I would go stir fuckin' crazy like that, seriously crazy.
