As someone else said the wounds look very clean in the edges, and there's also flesh missing on the arm on the same side as the mutilated part of the face. I would rule out electricity or acid. He could've been struck by something that hit him on the right side.. He could also have tried to cover his face with the hand, who knows. What it could be, have no idea. Interesting pics, don't look fake at all. |

killer probably did it you can see the slice on the other side of his face where they cut the edge of his lip almost to the ear.....did it to shock who ever found the poor kid!
