I do believe that is a .22. .22s are incredibly lethal, believe it or not. People have survived shots to hte head with larger calibers because the bullet goes through both sides of the skull without destroying the brain. You will not survive a headshot with a .22 because the bullet doesn't have enough velocity to exit the other side of the skull, causing the bullet to ricochet around in the head, liquefying the brain.

Hell yeah, with ease. A head shot will bring down a human out to about 80 meters. They're also difficult to trace due to their popularity.
