A 16-year-old teenager invited his senior high school friend over to the house. The friend became fascinated with a rifle that the teenager’s father kept in a corner of the bedroom, and picked up the rifle for closer scrutiny. In the process of manipulating the rifle, the friend aimed at the teenager and depressed the trigger, not realizing that the weapon was loaded.

This is why everyone should be taught gun safety. At an early age. I was never even allowed to point toy guns at my friends... never understood why until something like this happened up the street from my house. Cool Post though.

Stupid dickhead. The rifle kept in the bedroom is there in case of intruders... don't assume it's not loaded.

I was never taught gun safety. I just have a brain.

Anyone else have a quick thought back to a certain political figure doing the same, accidentally shooting a friend in the face?

Didn't think a tiny .22 could actually kill a man? Impressive. I used to own a 10/22 Ruger.
