Looks like she has a large scar across the pubic line. Too big for C-Section. Looks more like tummy tuck. I have a feeling she used to be a big girl with the size of the tummy tuck scar.

Too large to be a C-Section Scar. Looks more to be a tummy tuck. She likely used to be a big girl and had a lot of extra skin removed, thus the size of the scar.

Actually, yes. They will cut them off. Many times, the shirt, bra, and (depending on the type of injury) ants are cut by the scene responders during rescue attempts. But whether or not they are, the ME will cut off the remainder of the clothes for the autopsy.
