I agree we went in for wrong reasons. Now what do we do ? Enlarge Iran if we leave. Create more tension between the Saudis and Iran and their fight over the land. Or worse yet create another Afghanistan. Way outside and practical outside the box thinking is needed here. I'm beginning to believe we let tribes "peacefully" coexist and this area belongs to no man.

i have to agree on the "cave dweller" part, these are factions who want to live in a totaly outdated way of life,(denial),and have to stop shoving there old doctrine and forcing it as a monolythic ideal down the throats of the majorities who want a shot at freedom and a better updated standard of living....my sympathies to the families of all the fallen american-canadian-europeen soldiers who died for this.

What is the point to keep arguing over this issue?? No matter what anybody says nothing will change. Wars will still be fought over stupid reasons. Everybody can yell at each other till they are blue in the face...but what is that going to solve? I feel sorry for the innocent people in iraq as well as america. I dont like the fact that children, babies and innocent people were and are getting killed, but there is nothing you can do. Everybody has there own opinions. You get upset because of royalboys opinions but you expect him not to have his own. Not everybody agrees with there beliefs or what they do but thats how they roll.

Let me add one more thing...I like how some people sit there and bitch about the iraqi people and what they do but have you not sat and thought that america and these other countries are no better?? People in America kill each other, rape woman and children, abuse and kill babies, you name it. Im not defending Iraq at all but you must realize that you cant talk shit when your own country is almost just as worse. Our troops shouldnt even be there period! Iraq can handle shit on there own..and america needs to be more worried about what the hell is going on in our own country instead of somewhere else!

I'm not sure your point with the 13 colonies? They certainly didn't crawl out of caves and win their freedom.

These countries have a breakdown in social orders. No military, no Law Enforcement, and no ass or desire to make it better.
