BTW, i think i heard or read something about people who get kicks out of showing themselves naked on passing vehicles. maybe he is one of those? his body is not that shredded to complete rip off all his clothes.

Correct. I worked for a train operating company here in the UK a few years back and had a similar suicide. When I got down on the track the body was totally naked even though it was freezing cold. His clothes had all ripped off under the train. We found his shoes and head further down the track.
