Paraguay - Brazilian Man Found with Guts Exposed + Decapitated
On the morning of 28th September 2021 in Pedro Juan Caballero (Paraguay), 38 year old C.L.d.S.L. was found dead. 'C' a Brazilian national, had been murdered. His abdomen had been sliced open, exposing his guts. He had also been decapitated. A message was left with the body that stated "we of the crime are making it clear that we will no longer admit cowardice committed by these vigilantes, whoever it is". It's thought that 'C' had been killed around 2 hours before the discovery of his body. 'C' is suspected to have been a member of a criminal faction, namely PCC. This is due to his clown tattoo, which is in reference to being a cop killer.         Back on the 8th May 2017 in the Parque Residencial Três Bandeiras neighbourhood (Brazil), 'C' was arrested. The then 33 year old, along with 2 other men, were found with firearms + had taken part in thefts.
